- Marketing (only with your engagement) — To show relevant ads on Meta platforms to people like our existing customers. You can opt out anytime.
- Legal compliance — When required by Indian law, a court order, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Legal Disclosure

We do not share your Kundli, birth details, or personal concerns with any party outside teleAstro or its listed service providers. Not for advertising. Not for research. Not ever.
How Long We Keep Your Data & Where
Where: Your data is stored on servers located in India — our CRM (Zoho) uses the India datacenter (accounts.zoho.in). This ensures your data stays within Indian jurisdiction and is subject to Indian data protection law.
How long:
- Active customers — We retain your data for the duration of your Blueprint programme and for 36 months after, to support any return engagement or follow-up question.
- Inactive leads — If you never completed a purchase, we retain your information for up to 24 months after last contact, then delete it.
- Payment records — Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
- Server logs — 30 days unless extended for security investigation.
- Closed/deleted accounts — Most data is deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. Data we are legally required to retain (e.g. transaction records) is kept in a restricted-access archive.
Security
We protect your data through:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all website traffic
- Access controls — each team member can access only what their role requires
- Two-factor authentication on administrative systems
- Regular security reviews and backup procedures
- Vetted third-party providers with their own security certifications

If a Blueprint is prepared for a minor as part of a family consultation (for instance, a parent requesting an astrological analysis for their child), the adult parent is responsible for providing consent on the minor's behalf.
International Transfers
We serve customers worldwide, including NRIs and members of the Indian diaspora. When we receive information from you in another country, it is transferred to and processed on our servers in India. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.
For customers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom: we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or similar mechanisms where required. Additional rights under GDPR will be honoured where applicable.
Changes To This Policy
We will update this policy from time to time — to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or best practices. When we make a material change, we will:
