REFUNDS – EASY

If you want to return/exchange/refund/cancel the ‘Remedy’ purchased from teleAstro, just call us at 0124-6143600 within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and we will be more than happy to help you with your request.

We would always want you to be a happy customer.

At teleAstro, every care is taken to ensure your remedy is well packed before it is dispatched. We take extreme measures to ensure that your order arrives in the best condition.

In case of damaged remedies, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the remedies by calling our customer care at 0124 614 3600 or email us at info@teleAstro.in notifying us of any damage to the remedy. The remedy must be returned in their original packaging.

Please make a note of these steps if you have received damaged items.

  1. Email info@teleAstro.in with your (Order number) returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the remedy).
  2. Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your remedy and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the remedy.
  3. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will contact you within 24 hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required.
  4. We shall refuse any remedy that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the remedy at the time of delivery;
  5. We shall refuse any remedy without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to remedies with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Based on the remedy type purchased, up to 25% custom-made charges, shipping charges and taxes may be deducted from refund amount.

Payment Options

teleAstro aims to make the process and manner in which our member pays us as easy and convenient as possible. We also continue to adapt to new and advanced techniques to make payment transfer smooth and quick. Once you purchase any remedy from us or pay us for our astrology services, there are a number of ways in which one can make a payment.

For INDIA:
  1. One of the simplest and viable options is paying us through DEBIT CARD/ CREDIT CARD or through NET BANKING.
  2. teleAstro also avails facility for CASH at the comfort of your home using CASH ON DELIVERY’ option.
  3. Still, need another option? You can pay by Bank Deposit or Cheque or NEFT transfer.

For INTERNATIONAL:

The safest mode of money transaction is through a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, we can provide you with a PayPal link and you could then pay through your Debit/Credit Card.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

To process your order, quickest possible turn-around is what we strive for. We’ve partnered with the world’s leading logistics companies to ship your remedys!

Processing of your order will begin in 12-18 hours on confirmation of payment, which in part depends on your mode of payment.

We dispatch your remedy within 24-72 working hours (usually within 3 days). If however, due to any unforeseen reason the processing is longer than usual, you will be intimated via email and/or telephone and given the option to cancel your order.

Note: Processing time for orders containing more than one item will be according to the item in your order requiring the longest processing time as all items in a single order will ship together.

We go deep into our standard operating processes to enforce our highest level of customer satisfaction policies and correct problems at every level, at all times. Our efforts span the entire range of delivery process-from the astrologer’s consultancy to the departments which delivers the final remedy to our customers.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping charge is specified separately for every remedy. For multiple remedies ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three remedies is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each remedy. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different remedies.

Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

If your order is delayed by more than four days of time told to you, call us as soon as possible with your Order. We will surely whip the ship and make sure it reaches fast.

Also to let you know- we ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

Where does teleAstro ship to?

teleAstro delivers PAN India. In very unlikely scenario that the delivery address you choose is not on our Delivery Destinations list, you will be informed and your payment will be refunded.

If you know of a better alternative to shipping to your address, in that case, please contact us at info@teleAstro.in. If we can get your order to your delivery address via a reliable shipping alternative we will certainly do so.

Billing & Shipping Details:

Please take extra care while filling your Billing Details and Contact Information. How else would we deliver the goods to you! Your Name and Address should be exactly as it appears on your Credit Card/Debit Card statement. Your Contact information should be verifiable by your Bank/ Credit Card provider in authorizing payment.

Please take care that your Billing Details and your Name and Address exactly as they appear on your Credit Card/Debit Card statement and contact information that your bank or Credit Card provider/Bank may verify in authorizing payment. Your contact information also helps us to send you the order confirmation and update you at all times about your order.
